How We Deliver

White-Glove Onboarding

Every member is personally welcomed through a deliberate onboarding conversation. We take time to understand your technical focus, ambition, and current constraints — ensuring you are meaningfully integrated from day one. This is not an application funnel. It is the beginning of a long-term, trusted relationship.

Frontier Forum

A confidential, curated group of 8–12 peers convenes virtually. In each session, one experienced member or guest shares their unfiltered journey — the technical inflection points, capital decisions, regulatory hurdles, and hard lessons behind the headlines. What follows is a candid, high-trust discussion where every participant engages as a peer. No spectators. No posturing. Just substance.

Targeted Introductions

We make deliberate, high-context introductions between founders and aligned investors. Each connection is made with clear intent and defined purpose. When capital is deployed, referral fees apply — ensuring alignment, transparency, and long-term sustainability of the circle.

Code of Conduct

Who This Applies To

This Code of Conduct applies to all members and participants in Catalysts Circle — including founders, staff, members, guest speakers, and other community contributors — across all our platforms (online sessions, in-person events, member hub, etc.).

Core Principles & Behavioral Expectations

1. Respect & Civility
Treat others with kindness, dignity, and empathy.
Value diverse perspectives — you may disagree, but do so respectfully and without personal attacks.
Be considerate in your words and actions — assume good intent, and ask clarifying questions before assuming negative motives.
2 Psychological Safety & Vulnerability
Honor the courageous act of vulnerability — when someone shares challenges, fears, or mistakes, respond with empathy, not judgment.
Confidentiality is sacred — what is shared in peer circles or closed spaces stays within that space, unless explicit permission is given.
3 Generosity, Collaboration & Reciprocity
Be generous with your time, insights, and encouragement.
Strive for “both/and” rather than “either/or” thinking — we believe in synergy, not zero-sum competition.
Offer feedback when asked, and do so with humility and tact.
4 Integrity, Honesty & Transparency
Speak truthfully and with integrity.
Acknowledge mistakes, correct course, and apologize when needed.
Disclose conflicts of interest openly (e.g. when you have a business interest in a topic or connection).
5 Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
Welcome diversity of backgrounds, identities, geographies, and experiences.
Avoid language, jokes, or behavior that marginalizes or excludes (e.g. on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ability, nationality, socioeconomic status).
Amplify underrepresented voices; when you have influence, use it to uplift others.
6 Boundaries & Wellbeing
Respect personal time, space, and boundaries.
Participation is voluntary — don’t pressure others to take on more than they’re comfortable with.
Recognize when you or others need rest; voluntary stepping back is allowed and honored.
7 Constructive Conflict
Conflict is natural. When disagreements arise, engage in good faith, listen to understand, and seek resolution rather than escalation.
Use “I” statements (e.g. “I feel,” “I observe”) rather than accusatory language.
If a conflict cannot be resolved within the group, escalate to community moderators or leadership for mediation.

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are not tolerated:
Harassment, threats, or violence (verbal, written, or physical).
Personal attacks, insults, or demeaning language.
Discrimination, hate speech, or exclusionary remarks.
Revealing private or personal information of others without consent.
Repeated disruptive behavior after warnings.
Spam, self-promotion (without permission), or solicitations in spaces where they are inappropriate.
Breach of confidentiality or trust in closed/peer spaces.

Reporting & Enforcement

1 Reporting
If you observe or experience a violation, you are encouraged to report it confidentially to community moderators or leadership.
You may report anonymously if desired (though anonymity may limit the ability to follow up).
Provide as much information as possible: who was involved, when, where, what occurred, and any evidence (screenshots, messages, etc.).
2 Response & Resolution
The leadership or moderation team commits to reviewing all reports fairly and promptly.
In cases of minor violations, a private conversation or warning may suffice.
For repeated or serious violations, consequences may include temporary suspension of privileges, removal from certain groups or events, or expulsion from the community.
Decisions will aim to be restorative, not punitive — seeking learning, repair, and reconciliation whenever possible.
3 Appeal
If someone believes a decision was unjust, they may appeal in writing to a designated appeals officer or committee.
Appeals should be handled transparently, respectfully, and within a defined timeframe.

Evolution of This Code

This Code of Conduct isn’t static. As our community grows, our understanding deepens. Leadership will periodically review, solicit feedback, and revise this document. All substantive changes will be shared with the community in advance.
